The 1st living wine fair on the St-Tropez peninsula

For one day, the Fondugues-Pradugues estate will be bringing together some thirty winegrowers from all over France, all of whom share the common goal of practicing healthy viticulture and producing lively wines!
Too often reduced to swimming pool rosé, the St-Tropez peninsula nonetheless produces quality wineś derived from sustainable agriculture (certified organic and/or biodynamic) and vinified as cleanly as possible (use of indigenous yeasts, gentle vinification methods, reasoned use of sulfur).
The BALM trade show aims to highlight these living wines produced on the peninsula... and elsewhere!
We'll be exhibiting alongside winemakers from all over Provence, the Loire, Beaujolais, Rhône, Champagne, Burgundy, Languedoc-Roussillon and Jura (list of estates on our Instagram page).
The show is open to professionals (sommeliers, cavistes and restaurateurs) but also to all wine lovers. You'll all have the opportunitý to (re)discover these wines and talk directly with their author.trice.s.
Beyond̀ a trade show, BALM will offer its visitors a relaxed atmosphere, under the estate's pine forest with a food truck, a wine bar, music and a few surprises!
