Fish, lobster, carpaccios, ceviches based on local catch, fisherman's plates, fish soup or bouillabaisse prepared by Sophia. A selection of Charolais, Black Angus and foie gras meats for meat lovers. You'll also be delighted by our menu favourites such as fresh marinated anchovies, peppers in oil, green stuffed sardines and "Ninette" salad.

Sweet treats include tarte tropézienne, homemade sorbets and Natsuc sugar-free desserts. Natsuc, www.natsuc.com, a natural, plant-based sugar substitute made from birch bark, offers a gourmet pleasure with no consequences for
your health. Natsuc sublimates desserts in a subtle way, underlining their commitment to
a healthy, gourmet experience.

And let's not forget the estate's wine, "Clos Bellevue", which embodies the excellence of a traditional, entirely hand-picked, biodynamic harvest, and the olive oil, "Clos Bellevue", bottled at the estate, is made according to the rules of the art: olives are harvested before ripeness to preserve optimal taste, first cold pressed, unfiltered with natural decanting.
