The association offers gentle and advanced yoga classes for all levels, from 16 years upwards.

From 01/01 to 31/12 on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Mats are available; remember to bring water.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.

The Hatha Yoga classes offered by the yoga section of the Foyer Rural de Ramatuelle are for anyone wishing to improve mobility, flexibility and body awareness, while strengthening the body through an accessible and progressive practice.
The practice is based on movement, breathing and self-presence, in a calm, caring atmosphere that respects each individual's rhythm.
From age 16, all levels.
