The winemakers Christian Chauvet and Benjamin Courtin produce four cuv\u00e9es in organic farming. The production can be discovered at the property with the cuv\u00e9e \u201cBernardine\u201d ros\u00e9 (grape grenache, cinsault and tibouren) and red (syrah et grenache) and the cuv\u00e9es N\u00b01 : red (grenache) and white (s\u00e9millon and rolle) aged in oak barrels for 8 to 12 months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
